Refund Policy

At RummyWallah, we offer a range of skill-based games including Rummy, Chess, Ludo, Call Break, Bingo, Snake & Ladders, Solitaire, and Poker. Our goal is to maintain a transparent, secure, and fair gaming platform. This Refund Policy outlines the scenarios under which refunds may or may not be applicable.

1. No Refund on Gameplay Entry Fees

Once a player joins a paid contest or game (such as Rummy, Poker, Chess, etc.), the entry fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Voluntary exit or quitting from the game.
  • Disqualification due to violation of rules or fair play policies.
  • Technical or connectivity issues from the user's side.
  • Delay or failure in joining a game after entry fee payment.

2. Failed Transactions / Unsuccessful Deposits

If a user’s deposit fails (money debited but not added to wallet):

  • The system will automatically initiate a refund to the original payment source.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment gateway and bank.

If not received, users must contact our support team with:

  • Transaction ID / UTR number
  • Screenshot of the deduction
  • Date and time of transaction

3. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

Users must report any unauthorized transactions on their RummyWallah account within 48 hours. Refunds in such cases will only be processed if:

  • The claim is validated after internal investigation.
  • Sufficient identity and account verification is completed.

4. Account Closure / Self-Exclusion Refunds

If a user voluntarily requests to close their RummyWallah account or activates self-exclusion:

  • Any unused real money balance (excluding bonus or winnings) may be refunded to the original source after KYC verification.
  • Processing will be completed within 7 business days.

5. Game Cancellation by Platform

If any scheduled or running game is cancelled by RummyWalla
